A perfect introduction to techniques for your creative kid, this class gives your child the skills and confidence to pursue the art form of their choice. From painting and drawing to basket weaving and block printing, artist/instructor Hannah Ruff will guide students in playful experiments with color, materials, and form.

  • Tuesdays | 3:30 – 5pm | Ages 8-11
  • $225 per semester (save $25) or $50 per month
  • Fall Semester: September 1 – December 15 | Final Reception: December 15 | 5pm
  • Spring Semester: January 5 – May 18 | Spring Semester Showcase: May 8 (No class April 6 Spring Break)
  • Full Scholarships available for students in financial need and receiving free or reduced lunch

The Visual Arts Class is based at the historic main campus of Thomasville Center for the Arts at 600 E. Washington Street.  Free bus transportation from Thomasville City and Thomas County Schools is provided courtesy of the school systems. Classes follow the city and county schools calendar.
