The Center is home to a variety of arts education partners which provide professional instruction in drama, music, dance, visual art, and etiquette through the Center’s Art in the Afternoon program. Bus transportation is available from area schools to either of the Thomasville Center for the Arts locations.

Noteworthy Music

Baby, toddler, and preschool music instruction in the Kindermusik format. Kindermusik has helped millions of children build a strong musical foundation. Ages 0-5.

South Georgia Ballet

Through classes, performances, demonstrations, and school workshops SGB strives to educate both students and audiences in our area. Ages 2 and up.

South Georgia Youth Orchestra

Under the leadership of Tallahassee’s celebrated cellist Dr. Boyan Bonev, budding youth musicians (middle + high school students) will be exploring music, history, culture and their own creative potential once a week at the Center’s historic location. Grades 6-12.

TCA Music Conservatory – Coming Soon!

Students can hone their talents in private music lessons. Registration for January classes will begin December 15. Ages 5 and up
