Resilient Expression: Ukranian Artists in Estonia
May 16| 5 – 8pm
Resilient Expression is a short film series by filmmaker Parker Watt spotlighting Ukrainian artists living in Estonia and exploring how art fosters healing, cultural preservation, and connection in the aftermath of war. The screening includes an introduction, intermission, post-film Q&A, and light refreshments, and is presented with the participation of Covey Film Festival. Free and open to the public. Registration recommended.

Join Ink Portal, the first Wednesday of every month for a welcoming space for teens and adults to write, workshop, and explore literature together. Led by a local writer or educator, each monthly session includes guided writing time, group discussion, and community reading.
Held in the Center’s Parker Poe Library Gallery, Ink Portal encourages creativity, connection, and opportunities for feedback and publication.
A Seat at the Table

You are invited to join us for A Seat at the Table – an evening celebrating the art of gathering, conversation, and community art making. Guests will gather at one long table inside the Center’s Main Gallery to enjoy intentional conversation over delicious food and drink provided by local restaurants with the latest exhibit on view as a backdrop for this community dinner. After dinner there will be an approachable group art project to take part in. Members | $45 Non members | $55 |
